How To Submit Your Ad Copy

There are several ways you can send in your ad copy information..

About the New Advertiser form
With this form you can enter up to 14 new positions (2 at a time) to be listed in your ad space.

About the
Returning advertiser form

The returning advertiser form allows you to specify any changes (2 at a time) you would like to make to your existing listings.

Please choose the ad form you would like to use:

  • Click here for MS Word© Ad copy form (Recommended)

  • Online "NEW" Advertiser Form (Under construction)

  • Online "RETURNING" Advertiser Form (Under construction)

  • Click here for a printable/faxable ad copy form ($15 typesetting fee for up to 6 positions)

  • Click here If you prefer to submit a single email for all positions on your page
    • Please remember to clearly indicate the basic fields: MLS #, headline, property description, footer and any photo to be used with the listing, along with any special instructions and attach all photos saved by property address or MLS# [if no MLS # save by property address].

NOTE: Ad copy forms must be completed by 9:00 a.m. on the deadline date.
